General Terms and Conditions
We thank you for choosing to stay with us. To ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly ask you to review the following terms and conditions.
- Minimum Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in and stay at the hotel without a parent or legal guardian. A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card in the guest’s name are required at check-in.
- Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in time: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: By 12:00 PM
Late check-outs may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
- Pre-Authorisation & Payment Policy
- A pre-authorisation will be processed on your credit card at check-in for the total accommodation charges (if not already paid) plus a minimum of $50 per stay to cover incidental expenses.
- Pre-authorised funds not used will typically be released within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- For stays of more than 7 nights, charges will be settled every 7 days.
- Pre-authorisations may be increased during your stay to align with your account balance and to guarantee full payment upon departure.
- Credit Card Surcharges
The following fees apply to all credit card payments:
- Visa & MasterCard: 1.5%
- American Express: 2.1%
- Smoking Policy
The hotel is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas. Breaches of this policy may result in a cleaning and recovery fee of up to $1,000.
- Parking
Secure on-site parking is available at a rate of $20 per night. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. The hotel is not liable for any damage or theft.
- Behaviour and Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, or damage to hotel property may result in eviction and additional charges.
- Visitors
Guests may receive visitors; however, no unregistered guests are permitted after 10:00 PM. Management reserves the right to restrict access at any time for security reasons.
- Emergency & Accessibility
Guests who may require special assistance during emergency evacuations are asked to notify our team upon arrival so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
